Kay Donnellan is responsible for overseeing the administration and the servicing of a wide spectrum of trust accounts and estates. She provides professional consulting services to charitable organizations, working with numerous foundations and endowments. Prior to joining The Trust Company in 2000, Ms. Donnellan had 22 years of experience with law firms in Birmingham and Montgomery, specializing in estate planning and administration. She has combined her career with community service taking an active role in various organizations, including the Junior League of Birmingham, St. Luke’s Church, and the YWCA Junior Board. She is Past President of the Alabama Planned Giving Council and a member of Professional Advisory Boards for St. Vincent’s Foundation, Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham, and UAB, as well as a member of the Estate Planning Council. In 2010, she was recognized by the Women’s Exchange which honored the accomplishments of twelve Alabama business women.
